With everyone announcing new development projects, how can Danube Properties take a back seat? The Dubai-based developer has just unveiled their new AED 400 million project named Miraclz and it is located close to Miracle Garden.
The new project aims to supply Dubai with 591 units comprising studios, 1-bed and 2-bed apartments. Each home in Miraclz will be fully furnished and equipped with modular furniture. The developer said that it had designed the living room in such a way that it can easily turn into a bedroom with a full-sized bed.
Located at Dubai’s Arjaan neighbourhood, the new residential complex will also offer residents facilities such as retail spaces, a fully-equipped health club featuring steam, sauna and massage bathtub, a swimming pool with city views, badminton court, platform tennis court and an amphitheatre along with many others
Relaying his views on the new project Danube Group Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan said, “We are extremely happy to announce the launch of our new project. We started out two years ago and have been promoting ‘stop renting and start owning’ mantra and have received phenomenal response. I am humbled by the trust our customers have shown in us till now, which has, in turn, motivated us to launch one successful project after the other.”
The best thing about this project, especially for buyers, is that Danube Properties continues with their 1% payment plan even with this project. This means that buyers can pay as low as AED 4,500 per month for this project as well.
Revealing its development duration Sajan said, “The expected completion for the project is approximately 30 months from the launch. The construction tender would be awarded in early 2017. So far, groundworks have already started on the project site by Atlas Foundations.”
Currently, Danube Properties has around AED 1.8 billion worth of successful projects with over 16ha under construction. Per a news report, all projects launched by Danube Properties are under construction, but the delivery of their first project is expected very soon.
